As hospitality representatives, our customers must be other businesses. Our focus is on hotels, managed condo-resorts, bed and breakfasts, spas, restaurants, interior designers and corporate housing operators. Our manufacturers require us to direct any retail inquiries to their web sites.

For hotel products you may be invoiced directly by the manufacturer.  You will not usually make payments to Robert King Associates, so please contact our office for clarification before submitting payment.

You should always start by contacting our office via phone or e-mail. Our manufacturers may have already given us access to the information you need. In addition, this reduces the amount of phone calls and e-mails our manufacturers must handle directly, allowing them to more efficiently process and expedite orders for you and other customers.

Where will my order ship from and when can I expect it to arrive?2017-08-16T13:12:38-07:00

Each manufacturer coordinates their own logistics and ships from their individual warehouse. If product is in stock in the warehouse it will ship as soon as possible and you can generally expect to receive it within seven to ten business days. You may also choose to expedite shipping via third day, second day or overnight service, and may do so at the time your order is placed. We will be happy to provide tracking and backorder information as soon as it is available. For backordered items or custom items that require a production lead time you will be notified of the expected delivery date as soon as possible.

Before placing an order, please be sure you have the item number, product description and correct pricing. You may submit your order to us via phone or email. However, we will send an order confirmation for your review via email before placing the order with the manufacturer.

Can I see the products in person before I place my order?2017-08-16T13:16:35-07:00

We believe that the quality and craftsmanship our product really shines through when you are able to feel and touch it with your own hands. We gladly will provide samples and budgetary pricing for your review. If you’d like to schedule an in-person product line presentation, contact our offices and we will do our best to find a time for us to come visit you at your property or office.
